The 5 star rating is basis on the positive experience we encounter with the whole process starting with sale representative, Chris B who was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and had the best interest in mind to achieve the customer’s desired result. The installation crew lead by Lance and co-workers Daniel and Junior was also very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to providing a high quality finish product and cleaning up after each critical element of the process during installation. In addition, Chris B. came for a visit few weeks after the installation to insure we were satisfied with installation, shared information of the maintenance of the floor coating and to contact him if we have any other questions or concerns in the future. Highly recommend Concrete Coating Hawaii if you are interested in a awesome contractor and installation of polyuria coating which has a lifetime guarantee. Everyone at Concrete Coatings Hawaii was extremely pleasant to work with. Chelsea was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable as the first contact from the company. She did an extremely thorough job explaining the patio coating process. Not all estimaters are as thorough as Chelsea. She really sold me after meeting with several other competitors. Then, Timothy kept me updated on the schedule-and helped me prep my patio area. Finally, the entire installation crew did an awesome job, especially Lance, who was so detailed on the install prep work and the final project turned out great. It is rare to see such great contractor team work, and communication. Would highly recommend Concrete Coatings Hawaii to anyone wanting to upgrade their concrete. Also product warranty really sold me as well and the strict installation guidelines. Mahalo to the entire crew for a job well done!
