The Concrete Coatings Hawaii Team INSTALL TEAM: Lance, Daniel, James and Junior and DESIGN CONSULTANTS: Chris and Chelsea all worked together to upgrade our cracked and spotted patio, porch and sidewalk to a beautiful new surface. The proposal and preliminary visits were well done and prepared us for the coating team-work. The coating was done professionally and efficiently; the clean-up was superb, and the result is a coating that makes our property really standout. Concrete Coatings Hawaii is the best company I've worked with. Tim was really easy to work with and responded to my messages quickly. He answered all the questions that I had and more. The installation team (Lance, Daniel, Junior, and James) were very professional and thorough from the start to finish. I was really impressed with them showing up on time, their attention to detail on their work, and how well they cleaned up after the job was complete. The end product was amazing. Even my wife was impressed. I will definitely work with them again on future projects and will not look anywhere else. Everyone at Concrete Coatings Hawaii was extremely pleasant to work with. Chelsea was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable as the first contact from the company. She did an extremely thorough job explaining the patio coating process. Not all estimaters are as thorough as Chelsea. She really sold me after meeting with several other competitors. Then, Timothy kept me updated on the schedule-and helped me prep my patio area. Finally, the entire installation crew did an awesome job, especially Lance, who was so detailed on the install prep work and the final project turned out great. It is rare to see such great contractor team work, and communication. Would highly recommend Concrete Coatings Hawaii to anyone wanting to upgrade their concrete. Also product warranty really sold me as well and the strict installation guidelines. Mahalo to the entire crew for a job well done!

The five star account started when Chris the salesperson came and met us. He was very professional and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and put no pressure on us. He quoted us a price and we accepted it. Chris was always available for additional questions we had. It seemed like our hardest part was picking out the color. We walked our neighborhood and looked for properties that had the coatings already applied. We contacted Chris for the colors that were used and he gave us the color name. Chris stayed in contact letting us know on the date they were to start. We were contacted one week prior to the start date to see if they could start early. We agreed on a date. We had moisture in our garage concrete and it needed to have a moisture barrier applied the day before they started. The next day the crew was at our residence at 7:00 am. On time which we appreciated very much. The four member crew was very professional and answered any additional questions we had. They noticed the moisture barrier had not worked and applied a stronger barrier to our concrete in the garage. They then started on our backyard and lanai and worked all day completing the lanai. They advised us that they were not going to finish the garage because it needed extra time to dry. The next day they showed up and finished the garage. It took them approximately one hour. We appreciated that they kept us informed throughout the process. Very professional and we would recommend them to anyone. The concrete looks great.

Crew of 3 arrived on time and went straight to prep the garage floor. They were done coating the floor in about 3.5 hours and spent the rest of their time drying the floor. Crew performed an excellent job of cleaning the floor and coating from the sidewall edges around the garage. I highly recommend Concrete Coatings Hawaii for its professional work.
